Refund Policy
All Healsend treatment plans are subject to the availability of prescribed medications, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy supply, regulatory requirements, and other factors outside the control of Healsend and its affiliated medical providers and pharmacies.
If a prescribed treatment becomes unavailable, a Healsend-affiliated licensed medical provider may recommend a clinically appropriate alternative. Members may choose to accept the alternative treatment or request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
Refunds for Unavailable Treatments
If Healsend, through its partner pharmacies, is unable to fulfill a prescribed treatment due to supply shortages, regulatory changes, FDA guidance, or other circumstances beyond its control, the Member may be eligible for a prorated refund.
Refunds will be calculated based on:
- The unshipped and unused portion of the prepaid plan, and
- The listed monthly price of the plan,
- Minus the cost of any medication, consultation, or services already provided.
Switching to an Alternative Treatment
If a prescribed medication is unavailable, Members may elect to switch to another clinically appropriate treatment option offered by Healsend at no additional cost for the remaining duration of their current plan, subject to provider approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 30 days of approval.
Member Communications
Members agree to receive notifications regarding treatment availability, plan changes, or alternative options via email or other electronic communication methods. Prompt responses are required to prevent delays or interruptions in care.
By purchasing a plan, the Member confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy.
